After relocating to Silicon Valley, she joined a Fortune 500 company, specializing in Internal Development, Recruiting, and Onboarding. In this role, she designed and refined scalable recruiting processes, spearheaded global initiatives, and successfully guided over 25,000 candidates through the recruitment process, securing more than 40 high-impact hires. Her work has always been rooted in a passion for strategy, human connection, and creating impactful people-centric programs that drive organizational success.

Now, as Director of Human Resources at Brascia Builders, she is excited to leverage her expertise in people management, operational strategy, and global recruitment to contribute to the growth of the team and immerse herself in the dynamic construction industry.
