Wiltern Theater Historical Renovation
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Brascia Builders was contracted to structurally repair and restore the historically significant suspended plaster ceiling due to the failure of the original jute ties. Scope included the reattachment of existing plaster to renovated CRC support structure using new plaster and jute, construction of falsework 80' in the air for access to affected areas and restoration of the painted plaster ceiling and proscenium arch to restore the previously damaged areas.
