PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Pharmacy USP 797 project consisted of upgrades to the existing Compounding Pharmacy to correct the air deficiencies and bring the Pharmacy into compliance. The existing HVAC ducting serving the pharmacy was detached from the house system and rerouted for the three rooms in the pharmacy (IV room, chemo room and ante room). A new 2500 CFM AAC unit dedicated to the aforementioned three rooms was installed with new ducting, CAVs, and Smoke Fire Dampers. The scope also included new controls to the renovated pharmacy and new casework and finishes throughout.
