Design-Build
The Brascia team is well versed in Design-Build and Design-Build Assist delivery methods. Working with the A/E team from the beginning of the project offers an efficient, single-source delivery method to the owner and end-user. Collaborating with team members mitigates constructability issues during construction offering the client a more effective type of delivery.
Pre-Construction
Assembling the construction and design team at an early stage can improve overall schedule and mitigate added costs due to unforeseen conditions . During the pre-construction phases, we eliminate challenges that may present themselves throughout the project; exposing risks, defining budgets, illustrating schedules and providing a team approach to managing the deliverables and milestones.
