PROJECT OVERVIEW
BBI was awarded the contract through the competitive bid format. The scope set forth was to cut and demolish a portion of the existing parking lot, where the new modular building was to be placed, over excavate 6’ of soil and backfill underneath the building. We constructed new stem walls for the foundation, added concrete ramps to meet ADA requirements and ran new underground electrical to feed the modular building.
