PROJECT OVERVIEW
Brascia Builders was brought on to assist in transforming the core and shell into a truly unique venue, boasting multiple entertainment spaces. In addition to installing the complete high-end millwork package, we supplemented the electrical team with upwards of sixty certified electricians from both California and Nevada to ensure the project would complete before the venue's Grand Opening. The flagship location of Southern California is twice the size of the previous Downtown Disney location and includes a new restaurant, several bars, the House of Blues Foundation Room and VIP Club.
