PROJECT OVERVIEW
Brascia Builders renovated the existing lounge and administration offices on the first floor to create a new campus ministry space and additional offices for their staff. On the second floor we integrated the interior and exterior to create one large open area by cutting a new opening in the concrete wall to merge the two spaces. This allowed for a student lounge and access to a roof top patio with new custom windows and french doors. We then turned the existing basement and storage space into private offices, open work space and a conference room to house the MSMU facilities and engineering staff. A new HVAC system and electrical upgrades were added throughout.
