LEED Credentials
Brascia Builders is qualified in LEED projects and has staff who are LEED Certified. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental design is an internationally-recognized green building certification system that provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance schedules.
Safety Procedures
At Brascia Builders, Inc. Safety is our #1 priority. Our OSHA certified safety officer works closely with our entire staff to ensure we achieve our goal of an accident-free workplace. Understanding job safety is not restricted to construction personnel. We have designed an in-depth infection control program where we own/operate our own machines and containments aimed at preventing construction related contamination of sensitive work spaces.
Giving Back
Giving back and lending a hand to organizations and communities alike has always been an important value to Mike Brascia and it will continue to be a long-standing principle for the company. We are happy to support for the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House, Long Beach Memorial Hospital, and California State University Long Beach. Mike currently serves as a board member for the Community Hospital of Long Beach and the Greater Long Beach YMCA. Most recently, Mike was appointed to the board of directors for the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
We believe in providing our clients with exceptional service and these values carry over into providing our community with that same dedication in our volunteer efforts. Our staff participates in events, city and county wide to show our support for various organizations throughout LA County.
